Anna Byford  is an associate in the labor, employment and benefits group of the firm's London office. Anna is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and she advises on the following employment and immigration issues:

Employment:

  • Employee status and the implications of the employment relationship
  • Contracts of employment and employment policies and procedures
  • Grievance and disciplinary procedures, including the ACAS Code
  • Post-termination restrictions and the enforcement of those restrictions
  • Effective management of staff and, where appropriate, dismissal
  • Severance agreements on behalf of both employers and senior employees
