Anna Byford is an associate in the labor, employment and benefits group of the firm's London office. Anna is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and she advises on the following employment and immigration issues:

- Employee status and the implications of the employment relationship
- Contracts of employment and employment policies and procedures
- Grievance and disciplinary procedures, including the ACAS Code
- Post-termination restrictions and the enforcement of those restrictions
- Effective management of staff and, where appropriate, dismissal
- Severance agreements on behalf of both employers and senior employees
- Transactional work, including outsourcing and business reorganisations

- Conduct of Employment Tribunal litigation, including strategy and settlement
