Thomas DeVine's practice is concentrated in all aspects of real estate development and real and personal property secured finance, including general and specialized commercial finance transactions and real property transactions. This includes representation of commercial banks in real estate acquisition and development loans, construction lending and permanent mortgage financing; representation of lenders in loan workouts, restructures and foreclosures; representation of business clients in matters relating to commercial office and industrial leases; and representation of clients in complex real estate development including mixed-use, condominium and condominium hotel projects.
