Represented Koch Industries in Putative Class Action

Our professionals represented Koch Industries, Inc. in this putative class action arising out of oil purchases in Oklahoma.  Plaintiffs alleged that Koch was liable for more than $700 million due to mismeasurement of hand-gauged oil between 1975 and 1989.  We took over the case from another firm, performed discovery, and prepared the case for trial.  Plaintiffs eventually agreed to settle the case on a "claims made" class basis on very favorable terms.
