Three members of the Faegre & Benson appellate practice who clerked for the U.S. Supreme Court will present case highlights and analyze what the decisions mean for business. After the presentation, they will entertain questions on Supreme Court developments, including the nomination of Solicitor General Elena Kagan to replace Justice John Paul Stevens.
