Mike Carlson and Jennifer Miernicki will be presenting "Caps, Disclosures and Expiration Dates, Oh My!" as part of the 2011 Banking Law Institute. This session will take a closer look at recent changes and pending proposals related to payment systems, including the potential impact of the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Act, the Fed's recent proposals and rules on debit card interchange fees, and the new disclosure and fee requirements applicable to debit cards and gift cards.
