Executive compensation is a complex topic requiring expertise in areas of employment, employee benefits, tax, securities and corporate governance. This session will focus on compensation trends, including public company legislative and regulatory changes that will undoubtedly influence private employers as well.
Topics to be discussed will be: compensation trends, performance-based cash awards and equity-based compensation; public company legal/regulatory changes – say on pay, proxy disclosures, independence of compensation committees; severance and change in control arrangements – trends and key provisions.
