On the first day of the conference, David Gross will present the session "Fact and Fiction of Jury Trials."  Trials of complex patent cases before lay juries have always been controversial, and much conventional wisdom as to how juries think and act has developed. In this session, David will cover the realities of patent jury cases and examine what is fact and fiction with respect to patent jury trials.
