Kristin Eads will be one of the panelists in this CLE session co-sponsored by the Minnesota State Bar Association's Food Drug & Device Law and Health Law sections. The panelists will review epidemiological principles and litigation strategies, breaking down the technicalities of epidemiological investigations, providing insight into epidemiological statistical analysis, discussing the use of epidemiological data to support causation, and idenfitying strategies for defense of companies in litigation involving epidemiological evidence.
