Elaine Kumpula concentrates her practice in U.S immigration law and global mobility. She represents corporate and professional clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters and has extensive experience petitioning for virtually all types of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and labor certifications. Elaine advises employers on a wide variety of immigration-related issues, including employer sanctions, limited hiring policies, and global visa issues. She also represents individuals on family-based immigration matters, naturalization, and relinquishment of citizenship.
In managing complex global mobility matters for multinational clients, Elaine partners with local counsel to ensure that senior expatriate employees and their families arrive in their destination countries on time and ready to work.
Elaine has practiced immigration law for more than 23 years. Her experience includes working as an in-house immigration attorney for an international consulting company as well as running her own immigration practice.
