| 3:15 - 4:15 | Legislative Preview & School Funding This session will preview legal issues expected to be considered in the upcoming General Assembly session that affect municipalities and school corporations. In addition, this session will focus on school funding issues in Indiana. |

| 4:15 - 5:15 | Health Care Reform for Employers Employers are reviewing their plans to determine the sorts of changes that will need to be made in order to comply with the new federal health care reform laws, and also to determine if the current plan structure may be protected from some of those changes. This session will focus on the new federal health care reform law, including discussion of the new grandfathering rules, as well as many other aspects of health care reform that affect employers, along with guidance that has been issued to date (and what is still expected to be issued), with respect to the various requirements for group health plans and insurance. |
