Amie Peele Carter is a member of the intellectual property practice where she represents clients—ranging in size from entrepreneurs to international organizations—on trademark, copyright and e-commerce matters. Amie is also an active member of the firm's sports and entertainment industry team, representing sports organizations, artists, authors, musicians, publishers and clients in the fashion industry.

Amie's expertise includes negotiating a variety of types of contracts, as well as assisting clients with protecting and leveraging their intellectual property assets. Specific areas of focus include developing global branding strategies and working with clients on re-branding initiatives, licensing, social media and publishing—in traditional and electronic formats.
