Nick Jennings practices in the firm's London office and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
Nick's practice covers most corporate transactions, including public and private fundraisings, AIM IPOs, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate recovery, turnaround, insolvency related transactions and restructurings and general corporate advice. He is experienced in the initial and secondary placing of shares, with an emphasis on AIM market transactions and has advised on a range of AIM-related transactions, including reorganizations, reductions of share capital, reverse takeovers, IPOs and secondary placings and takeover offers.
Nick is also experienced in advising international companies regarding the establishment of branch and subsidiary operations, post-acquisition restructurings and managing complex cross-border corporate reorganisations and restructurings worldwide.
Nick advises both domestic and international clients and has recently acted for clients in the United States, mainland Europe, Brazil, Russia and China.

- Advised Perusa Partners Fund 1 L.P., a German private equity fund, on its acquisition (through Area Clearance Services Group GmbH) of BACTEC
- Advised OptumHealth, Inc., a UnitedHealth Group (UNH: NYSE) company, in connection with its acquisition of PPC International, LLC
- Advised Pentair, Inc. (PNR: NYSE) in connection with its investment in Voltea Limited
- Advised San Leon Energy Plc (SLE: AIM) in connection with its recommended takeover of AIM listed Island Oil & Gas Plc.
- Advised FleetCor Europe Limited on several acquisitions of fuel card businesses and customer portfolios
- Advised Digi International, Inc. (DGII: NASDAQ) on its US $30.5 million acquisition of UK-based Sarian Systems Limited
- Advised administrative receiver on sale of business and assets.
- Advised purchasers of business and assets from administrator in a "pre-pack administration" of major UK high street retailer
- Advised Pentair, Inc. (PNR: NYSE) on its European restructuring activities
- Advised StatPro Group plc (SOG: AIM) on its £8 million acquisition of Performa Consultants UK Limited
- Advised Zimmerman Adams International as the nominated adviser and broker and Alexander David Securities Limited as placing agent, in their role as advisers to Armor Designs Inc. (ADID: AIM) on its US $16 million placing and admission to AIM
- Advised ViaLogy plc (VIY: AIM) on its acquisition, by way of reverse takeover, of California based ViaLogy Corp. and re-admission to AIM
- Advised formerly AIM-listed International Molybdenum plc in connection with its acquisition by Quadra Mining Ltd. (QUA: TSX) by way of recommended share-for share and share-for-warrant offers
