Our professionals represented VeraSun Energy Corporation, one of the nation's largest producers of ethanol, in a Rule 144A offering of $450 million of 9 3/8% senior notes. The initial purchasers of the notes were Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, and UBS.
We also represented VeraSun Energy Corporation in the publicly-registered exchange offer for these notes completed in May 2008.
