Projects include casinos, hotels, convention centers, infrastructure and other investments. We handle transactions involving an array of financing tools, including bank loans, credit facilities, taxable and tax-exempt bonds, and high-yield note and bond offerings.

In connection with financing transactions, we assist clients with negotiating and drafting compacts, gaming ordinances, development agreements, management agreements, and machine lease agreements. We also assist clients with obtaining NIGC, BIA, and other federal, state, and local approvals.
