Our professionals represented Gabbert & Beck and affiliates in development of a 225 key Westin hotel with 82 associated condominium units connected to the Galleria shopping center in Edina, Minnesota. Our work for the developer included governmental approvals, design and construction contracts, financing, hotel franchise and management agreements, and condominium documents, as well as successful litigation to enforce rights to proceed with the project. This project remained on schedule despite more than usual challenges.
