Denver (19-November-2008) - Scott M. Alter and Natalie Hanlon-Leh, partners in the Faegre & Benson LLP intellectual property practice, will present at the 26th Annual National CLE Conference to be held January 3–7 in Vail, Colorado.
Alter, a conference co-chair and moderator, will present "Patenting Software and Business Methods: Bilski and Beyond." Hanlon-Leh will discuss "The State of Patent Exhaustion After Quanta."
Judge Randall R. Rader of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will also be a presenter—participating on a panel entitled "Is There a Disconnect Between the Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit?"
