Linda Crow is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and she is based in Faegre Baker Daniels' London business and corporate services practice.
Linda has considerable experience in all types of company, corporate finance transactions and commercial matters, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, IPOs, secondary issues, takeovers, take privates, corporate reorganisations, distributorships and outsourcing. She also advises company directors on all aspects of corporate recovery, security reviews and restructuring of companies.
Linda has represented public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange main market and its junior market AIM, as well as companies listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ.
