Our clients also request litigation assistance with challenges to permits, allowances, offsets, citizen suits, climate impacts, and eminent domain.

The effects of climate change regulations on corporations are multifaceted, and Faegre Baker Daniels climate attorneys are experienced in providing counsel with respect to the formation of business entities, ongoing corporate counsel to clients who are focused on the climate change sector, securities disclosures, compliance requirements, and potential corporate risks and liabilities. Financing and Carbon / REC Markets
