We have counseled clients on projects involving casinos, hotels, convention centers, infrastructure and other investments. We handle transactions involving an array of financing tools, including bank loans, credit facilities, taxable and tax-exempt bonds, and high-yield note and bond offerings.

In financing transactions, we assist clients with negotiating and drafting compacts, gaming ordinances, development agreements, management agreements and machine lease agreements. We also obtain NIGC, BIA and other federal, state and local approvals.

On another front, we implemented an infrastructure improvement program utilizing several different financing vehicles payable primarily from riverboat gaming revenues. In riverboat regulatory matters, we have represented major gaming companies and financial institutions before state gaming commissions.
