The Forum at Faegre Baker Daniels provides programming focused on building internal and external networks, developing skills that are critical to long-term career success, and providing an intentional impact on the culture of our firm.
- Business Breaks provide opportunities for women lawyers to learn practical business development tips in a format conducive to their lives as busy practitioners.
- Roundtables with Executive Committee members give our women lawyers an occasion to candidly discuss timely topics with the senior leadership of the firm.
- Leadership Lunch & Learns provide an opportunity for all Faegre Baker Daniels lawyers to network and hear from internal and external experts on topics such as emotional intelligence, sponsorship vs. mentorship, rainmaking and business development, and communication skills.
- Forum Book Club focuses on a wide range of topics from educational reads that raise serious issues about women in the workplace, to more lighthearted books by accomplished women authors, with the goal of engaging our lawyers in discussions about issues that impact women.
- Dutch Lunch Program pairs senior women lawyers with junior women lawyers for informal one-on-one lunches. The lunches provide an informal chance to meet new lawyers, network, learn about other practices and develop mentoring relationships.
