Abby Wilkinson focuses primarily on corporate debt restructurings, bankruptcy and related litigation matters. She represents indenture trustees and investors in restructuring defaulted debt securities and has been involved in some of the most complex bankruptcy cases in the country. She has also represented official committees of unsecured creditors in Delaware and Minnesota.

Her recent representations include:

  • Black River Asset Management regarding derivative contracts in Lehman Brothers bankruptcy cases in the UK and U.S.
  • Cargill in the Refco bankruptcy cases
  • U.S. Bank as indenture trustee to $194.2 million of debt securities in chapter 11 case of Forum Health
  • Official committee of unsecured creditors and counsel to the liquidating trustee in Minnesota bankruptcy proceedings
  • Secured lender in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
  • Offshore collateral agent in New York bankruptcy proceedings and litigation in the UK and India
