Carl Greci concentrates his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis primarily in business and commercial disputes, including creditor rights, bankruptcy matters and tort litigation. He has represented banks, corporations, secured creditors and insurance companies in the resolution of various disputes. Carl has significant experience in handling business litigation, bankruptcy litigation, trade secrets claims, real estate and construction disputes, injunctions, insurance coverage disputes, and the defense of insured risks. He represents clients in litigation in both state and federal courts.
