Chris Scanlon concentrates his practice in the area of complex business and commercial litigation involving a broad range of substantive areas, including contract, insurance, business tort, class actions, RICO, trade secret, accountants liability and environmental liability. He has extensive experience in securities litigation under both state and federal securities laws, including securities class actions and derivative suits. Chris also regularly represents business insureds in Indiana and elsewhere in insurance coverage disputes arising from products liability, asbestos, environmental and other large loss liabilities.

Chris is a member of Faegre Baker Daniels' management board. From 1998 to 2004, he served as chair of the firm's litigation and advocacy group.
