• Board of School Commissioners of City of Indianapolis v. Walpole, 801 N.E.2d 622 (Ind. 2004) – Emergency appeal to the Indiana Supreme Court in case involving issue of whether discovery is required prior to teacher termination hearing.
• Wal-Mart Stores Inc. v. Bailey, 808 N.E.2d 1198 (Ind. App. 2004) – Co-counsel for Wal-Mart in state wage and hour class action.
• Unincorporated Operating Division of Indiana Newspapers, Inc. v. Trustees of Indiana University, 787 N.E. 2d 893 (Ind. App. 2003) – Co-counsel in case involving public records request for documents relating to the discharge of former Indiana University basketball coach Bob Knight.
• Groce v. Eli Lilly and Company, 193 F.3d 496 (7th Cir. 1999) – Defended claim for retaliatory discharge for allegedly reporting violations of IOSHA.

• Jury trial in sexual harassment case in Southern District of Indiana.
• Jury trial in FMLA retaliation case in Southern District of Indiana.
• Jury trial in age discrimination case in the District of Wyoming.
• Bench trial in Marion County, Indiana, in case involving claim for millions of dollars of allegedly lost photographs.
• Jury trial in race discrimination case in the Southern District of Indiana.
