The Legal 500 U.K. Recognizes Faegre Drinker’s Finance and Restructuring Practice in their 2024 Edition

The Legal 500 United Kingdom 2024 guide has recognized Faegre Drinker’s finance and restructuring practice. Recognized for being “knowledgeable, insightful and responsive,” the practice was ranked in the publication’s corporate restructuring and insolvency category.

London finance and restructuring partners Patrick Corr, Sue Moore, Buvini Kularatne, Gary Bellingham, and Wayne Beck and associate Raphaela Cotoulas were all recognized in the profile.

Corr, who is also co-leader of the firm’s international industry team, was highlighted for working “exceptionally hard to achieve his client’s interests” across a range of cross-border and domestic restructurings and insolvencies. Moore also received a special mention in the profile for her “strong tactical instincts,” gleaned from her many years' experience in the market. Kularatne was recognized for being “both articulate and pugnacious in equal measure,” skills which endear her to clients engaged in complex insolvency disputes and complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings.
