Faegre Drinker Advises Elevance Health in Acquisition of Paragon Healthcare

A Faegre Drinker team led by insurance M&A partner Jared Danilson and corporate partner Jonathan Nygren represented Elevance Health in its acquisition of Paragon Healthcare, Inc., a company specializing in life-saving and life-giving infusible and injectable therapies.

The deal was announced in January and closed in March. Paragon Healthcare now operates as part of CarelonRx, the pharmacy services segment within Carelon, Elevance Health’s health services division.
