Overview

Harrison Baker advises a variety of businesses when they need to protect their interests in difficult litigation. Harrison helps legal teams with research and drafting, helps to coordinate discovery, and facilitates other key aspects of complex commercial litigation.

Prior Experience

Before joining the firm, Harrison served as a judicial clerk to Judge James J. Tancredi in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut. During that time, he composed decisions and orders pertaining to bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings, performed requisite legal research, and helped to manage the court’s docket. Harrison also spent time with another large law firm as an associate, where he facilitated transactions primarily in the leveraged finance and private funds spaces. Before law school, Harrison was an associate at a major consulting firm, where he assisted banking and capital markets clients in overcoming challenges to enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.

Personal Interests

Harrison is an avid golfer, and also enjoys learning and attempting new recipes in the kitchen.
