Overview

Samantha Barnfather assists clients through complex labor and employment regulations and disputes.

Prior Experience

Samantha most recently served as a law clerk at Faegre Drinker, where she worked with the labor and employment group, and assisted attorneys with a large wage and hour class action lawsuit. She also served as a summer associate at a Noblesville, Indiana-based law firm working with the employment group.

During law school, Samantha served as a certified legal intern for a health and human rights clinic where she directly represented low-income clients in litigation and negotiation. In that role, she argued in court for issues ranging from habitability to rental payments.

Samantha served as a summer associate in the Purdue University Office of Legal Counsel where she worked with the school’s general counsel to develop an enumeration of plenary powers to the Board of Trustees.

Personal Interests

Samantha is an avid reader and reads over 200 books a year. She is a fan of soccer and grew up playing.
