Overview

Marshall Wilkinson tackles labor and employment disputes, advising clients at all stages of litigation involving issues such as employment discrimination, wrongful termination and restrictive covenants.

Prior Experience

Marshall first joined Faegre Drinker as a summer associate in 2022, where he provided legal research and analysis, including drafting memoranda in support of litigation involving employment discrimination. On the pro bono side, he also helped draft an amicus brief for a major voting rights case that was filed in the Supreme Court of the United States. While in law school, Marshall served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a research assistant for Professor Johnathan Lipson. Additionally, Marshall was a member of the moot court competition team, a member of the board of Temple’s chapter of the American Constitution Society, and a staff editor on the Temple Law Review.

Personal Interests

Marshall enjoys travelling and getting outdoors whenever he can. Above all, he loves spending time with his wife and baby daughter.
