FaegreBD Adds Chris Dely to Product Liability Team

Chris Dely has joined Faegre Baker Daniels, bringing his product liability, toxic tort and asbestos litigation experience to the law firm’s product liability team. An associate, he will practice from the Chicago office.

Dely represents clients during both the active work up and defense of cases as well as litigation management. He has experience negotiating settlements and representing clients in arbitrations and mediations.

Dely previously practiced with Barnes & Thornburg in Chicago, where he gained an in-house perspective while seconded to the legal department of a Fortune 100 company. Prior to Barnes & Thornburg, he practiced with three other Chicago law firms.

Dely received his law degree from DePaul University in 2005 and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 2000.
