FaegreBD Adds Doriann Cain to Health Care, Life Sciences Groups

Faegre Baker Daniels is pleased to announce the addition of Doriann Cain to its health care and life sciences groups. Cain will practice as an associate in Indianapolis.

Cain focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory matters in the health care and life sciences industries. She has experience drafting medical staff bylaws, assisting in professional licensure actions, implementing compliance plans and reviewing reimbursement related issues. Her practice also encompasses privacy and data security issues related to HIPAA compliance and state privacy and consent laws.

Prior to joining FaegreBD, Cain practiced with Barnes & Thornburg in Indianapolis. She earned a law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2012—during which time she served as a law clerk at Rush University Medical Center’s Office of Legal Affairs—and a bachelor’s in health administration from Indiana University in 2009.
