Kevin's practice includes preparing and prosecuting domestic, PCT and foreign patent applications in a variety of chemical, electrochemical and mechanical technologies including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, bioengineered products, semiconductors, polymers, food, agricultural equipment, recreational equipment, detergents and related chemicals, fenestration units, automotive components, iron smelting, batteries, control systems including HVAC control systems, and paper products. He also conducts infringement and validity studies and assists with litigation.
