Megan E. Hladilek

Associate

Megan Hladilek concentrates her practice in employee benefits law. Megan advises employers, fiduciaries and service providers on design and administration of retirement, welfare and executive employee benefit plans. She revises plan documents, policies and summary plan descriptions for legal compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA and other applicable laws. Megan is a frequent contributor to the Faegre Baker Daniels health care reform blog.

Megan also assists clients with prohibited transactions and government filings with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor. Megan provides practical counsel to employers on design and communication of domestic partner benefits. She advises clients on investment management agreements and fee disclosures. In mergers and acquisitions, Megan analyzes benefits issues for clients. Megan has experience assisting employers with international benefits.
