Michelle Weinberg is an associate in the firm's litigation and advocacy group where she focuses on commercial litigation matters. She assists with all types of commercial litigation, including securities and financial services litigation, real estate litigation, health care litigation and disputes involving Indian tribes.

Michelle's practice has led to a:

• Complete defense verdict in favor of a global financial service company in a $20 million breach of contract dispute.
• State court judgment in favor of our client, an Indian tribe, in a dispute where the defendant had challenged the recognition of a tribal court judgment in state court. Michelle's contribution helped illuminate the respect due to a sovereign tribal government and its right to manage its own affairs.
• Successful settlement on behalf of a client in a FINRA arbitration matter .
• Successful defense of actions in state and federal court on behalf of health care clients in disputes involving individual plaintiffs.
