Natalie Kohner is a member of the firm's employment team. She has experience conducting research and drafting memorandum opinions for multi-employer plan clients regarding ERISA, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the Pension Protection Act, and the Internal Revenue Code. She has represented multi-employer plans as both plaintiffs and defendants at court hearings and depositions. In 2009, she worked as a legal advisor for the International Labour Organization in Geneva, focusing on legal issues associated with international labor standards.

A seasoned debater, Natalie was a director of debate and faculty at Blake School in Minneapolis from 2004 to 2006, and she is currently an executive board member of the Minnesota Urban Debate League.
