Paula S. Moore is a paralegal in the firm's litigation and advocacy group and has assisted attorneys for over 20 years in this area. Her primary focus for the past five years has been product liability litigation involving major pharmaceutical companies. During her career she has worked in areas of complex commercial litigation, anti-trust, personal injury, employment, environmental and insurance defense. She has worked on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants and has worked for a Fortune 500 corporation as well as law firms.
During her career, Paula has conducted research and document collection projects at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., Federal Records Centers and one presidential library.
Paula's experience and responsibilities include:
- Development of document collection and review criteria
- Database development and management
- Management and coordination of electronic and hard-copy document collections at client locations
- Witness interviews and preparation of interview memoranda
- Management of document review and production in multiple jurisdictions
- Coordination with client and co-counsel for collection and production issues
- Analysis of documents for case issues
- Creation of exhibits for pleadings and for trial
- Drafting of affidavits, motions and discovery requests and responses
- Trial preparation and assistance
Paula attended Arapahoe Community College and Western State College. She is a member of the Colorado Association of Litigation Support Managers (COALSM) and has attended national seminars regarding electronic document collection, review and production.
