Richard Curtin is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and he is special counsel in the London office's finance and restructuring practice.
Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Richard was the head of Hextalls's insolvency practice. He has wide-ranging experience of administrations, restructuring and refinancing, receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcies. He acts for insolvency practitioners, asset-based lenders, banks, other financial institutions and creditors. Richard has dealt with assignments that include retail, restaurants, bars and food packaging.
