For more than 30 years, Bob Stanley has represented the firm's clients in complex civil litigation and private arbitrations of a variety of business and commercial disputes. Mr. Stanley's principal focus in recent years has been prosecuting and defending claims involving the following subject areas: 

  • Antitrust claims under the federal Sherman, Clayton and Robinson-Patman Acts or comparable state laws
  • Probate-related litigation, including will contests, will/trust construction disputes and breach-of-trust claims
  • Bankruptcy litigation, including adversary proceedings
  • Distributor/dealer termination cases
  • Contract disputes, including breach of contract claims and contract construction disputes
