Tom Jensen concentrates his practice in the area of United States immigration law. He provides advice and legal services on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa statuses, and he advises employers on their obligations under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Tom also assists foreign nationals in obtaining a full range of nonimmigrant visa statuses and obtaining extensions of periods of authorized stay.
