From January to June 1995, Win was in trial in Idaho Falls, Idaho on behalf of American Cyanamid in the defense of claims involving Cyanamid's crop protection products.

Win has also represented underwriters at Lloyds and such United States manufacturers as Boeing, Lockheed, General Electric, Bell Helicopter, Cessna, and many smaller manufacturers.

He advises European Union manufacturers with respect to product liability prevention matters, and he has spoken on product integrity and product liability prevention issues frequently in the United Kingdom, often under the auspices of the British Department of Trade and Industry.
