Breia Schleuss represents commercial and investment banks, other financial institutions and companies in connection with widely syndicated, club and single-bank loan transactions, including asset-based credit facilities, real estate financings, supply chain financings, senior and mezzanine debt financings, and other complex debt facilities. Breia also counsels clients in connection with the restructuring of underperforming loans.

Breia is a leader of FaegreBD’s agribusiness finance practice and was named a Rising Star in banking by Minnesota Super Lawyers and a Top Woman in Finance by Finance & Commerce. Breia serves on the Business, Finance and Advisory Committee of WomenVenture, a small business lender, and the Boards of Directors of the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations and Minnesota Women Lawyers.
