The Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms surveyed associates from more than 150 firms across the country to rank peer law firms based on prestige, and rank their own firm on subjects such as job satisfaction, hours, compensation, diversity and training. The guide provides comments from Baker & Daniels associates on getting hired, the environment, availability of mentoring and compensation.
The survey also ranked Baker & Daniels seventh in the nation in informal training/mentoring in support of the firm's curriculum designed to help associates develop client service and business development skills. The law firm also ranked eighth in the nation in work hours and 13th in associate/partner relations.
