Baker & Daniels Receives Company of the Year Award From Women in Construction Association

The Indianapolis Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) presented its 2007 Company of the Year Award to Baker & Daniels LLP.

Baker & Daniels received the award for its support of NAWIC, the construction industry and the community, as well as its commitment to its employees' personal and professional growth. The firm's construction practice provides a full range of services to clients in areas including contracting, risk management, disputes and litigation. Baker & Daniels has shown a special commitment to the construction industry through its meaningful participation in numerous construction associations and by providing its construction lawyers with the most advanced training available.

NAWIC has a membership of 5,500 women with more than 179 chapters throughout the country. The organization's mission is to enhance the success of women in the construction industry. The award is part of NAWIC's nationally recognized awards program to celebrate the achievements of women in the industry, as well as supporters of women in construction.
