Amy Fiterman Accepted Into the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC)

Faegre & Benson is pleased to announce that Amy Fiterman, a partner in the firm's product liability practice, has been accepted into the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) as a Sustaining Member. Amy has been with the firm since 1998 and concentrates her practice in the defense of product liability class actions, mass torts, and consumer fraud cases, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and food industries.

PLAC is an elite organization dedicated to helping our corporate clients defend product liability litigation. This is a collaborative organization that brings together corporate counsel and lawyers in private practice who focus their practice on product liability defense.  Admission is honorary, strictly limited and requires recommendations from corporate members.  PLAC is a significant voice advocating the defense viewpoint in product and consumer fraud cases in all courts in the nation through task forces, information sharing and its highly respected amicus program.
