Eikenberry practices with the construction and real property litigation team from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office. She is a member of the American, Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations, American Bar Association's Construction Forum, Construction Specifications Institute and U.S. Green Building Counsel's Indiana chapter.
Eikenberry, who joined Baker & Daniels in 2004, graduated magna cum laude from both Butler University in 1996 and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law–Bloomington in 1999.
Burns focuses his practice in business planning and real estate law from the firm's Fort Wayne office, helping clients find practical approaches and creative solutions to challenging business problems. Before joining Baker & Daniels in 2005, he practiced at a business and entertainment litigation boutique in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Burns is a member of the American and Indiana Bar Associations. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in 1997 and law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2001.
