Faegre & Benson, a leading international law firm with offices in Denver and Boulder, today announced that Mary L. Will has joined its Denver office as partner. Ms. Will's practice focuses on labor and employment law as well commercial litigation.
Ms. Will's labor and employment experience includes employment litigation focusing on areas such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, wage and hour, and ERISA/benefits. Ms. Will's practice also includes counseling clients on workplace policies and procedures and training management and employees on workplace issues and conduct.

Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Ms. Will was a partner in the Denver office of Perkins Coie and, before that, a partner in the Denver office of Campbell Bohn Killin Brittan & Ray. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (Order of St. Ives) and her B.S.B.A degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Denver.
