Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Kelley was a litigation associate with Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago. He has experience in a variety of matters, including intellectual property and trade secret litigation, business torts, and commercial contract disputes. He maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before law school, Kelley was a member of Teach for America in Eastern North Carolina, where he taught social studies and coached for two years in an under-resourced public school.
Kelley earned his law degree cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2010 and his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from DePauw University in 2005.
