Daniel Lund has joined the intellectual property group at Faegre Baker Daniels as counsel. He will practice from the Minneapolis office.
Lund is a registered patent attorney who helps companies develop and execute business-centric strategies in all phases of the patent life cycle. He advises on filing, prosecution, licensing and dispute resolution. Lund has experience prosecuting international patent applications and prosecuting patents in numerous foreign jurisdictions.
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Lund spent 10 years practicing patent law at Shumaker & Sieffert of Saint Paul, Minnesota, most recently serving as senior counsel. Lund also serves as a member of the City Council for Newport, Minnesota.
Lund received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
