Faegre Baker Daniels has named three new associates in Brooke Dunn, BJ Grimes and Nicole Pelletier. All three practice in the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Brooke Dunne is a corporate lawyer who also supports the firm’s public finance team. She helps companies solve transactional and corporate governance challenges, with a focus on creating business partnerships among corporations, the public sector, and/or owners and developers of real estate. A former assistant vice president and business development officer in banking, Dunn earned a law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016, a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2005 and a bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University in 2002.
BJ Grimes practices with the business litigation team, primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation and white collar defense and investigations. He also represents businesses in all areas of employment litigation. Grimes received a law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016 and a bachelor’s in political science from Indiana University in 2013.
Nicole Pelletier practices with the firm’s insurance practice. She helps insurance companies meet federal and state reporting requirements and with Indiana Medical Malpractice litigation and settlements. Pelletier earned a law degree from Washington University School of Law, cum laude, in 2016 and a bachelor’s from Tulane University, summa cum laude, in 2013.
