FaegreBD Adds Drug and Device Litigator Michael Carroll

Michael Carroll has joined the product liability team at the international law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels. He will practice as counsel from the firm’s office in Des Moines, Iowa.

Carroll defends product liability and complex civil litigation claims, primarily representing makers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has experience in state and federal courts nationwide.

Carroll joins FaegreBD from Shook Hardy. He previously worked in federal and state regulatory and compliance matters at a Fortune 500 company.

Carroll earned his law degree from Drake University Law School with highest honors, where he was editor-in-chief of the Drake Law Review. He received a bachelor’s degree from Central College.
